I would like to start my book by saying that the information presented in it is only a recommendation. Conflictology is not such a simple science as it may be disclosure at first glance. With the help of mediation in the settlement, the issue of pre-trial cases, pleasant relaxation for labor collectives, and also simply embraces the harmony of the individual and society is resolved. In this book, I would like to clearly show the superficial and the solution to them, based on certain life experience, and, of course, specific theoretical postulates of the field in conflict situations.
In this book, I would like to consider interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts using real life examples. Of course, I understand that there are those who have more experience than me, I do not argue. But I just tried to convey an important idea, to share information. Suddenly, in our "post-industrial society" this material can come in handy?
The book is advisory in nature, in this life everyone is responsible for himself.
Interpersonal conflict.
Interpersonal conflict is a natural phenomenon in modern society. We are all living people, and I am unlikely to be a pioneer in this topic if I say that our emotions must be able to restrain – this does not mean that you must withdraw into yourself (we will touch on this topic in the second part of this book).
